The conventional spray system of rust proofing has been around for over 50 years and is a trusted method by even the most extensive 4wd off road users. The experienced 4wd owner would not even contemplate taking their vehicles off road if it hasn't been rust proofed. Our comprehensive rust proofing is done above Australian Standards for both application and products used. 4wd protection includes protection for off road usage. Passenger vehicles are also protected from the harsh Australian climate and humidity.

At Rust free you can the choice of Underbody spray rust proofing only, or a full spray rust proof which included the topside of your vehicle and the engine bay.

Underbody Rustproof Includes:

• Protection of all box cavity sections from bottom window level down- including sills, pillars, guards, doors, bonnet and tailgate or boot
• Protection of underbody floor pan, wheel arches, inside and outside chassis rails
• Rust inhibitor product is black in colour and is especially resistant to most abrasions from sand,gravel, rocks, knocks and scrapes from road or off road usage.
• Remains flexible with movement of the chassis - won't peel or crack.
• Underbody product is of thick consistency with sound deadening qualities.
• Withstands salt spray test (Corrosion resistance)

Topside Rustproof Includes

The product is a caramel coloured, grease like consistency, wax based rust inhibitor. We remove door trims and kick panels to allow better coverage. Drilling holes are avoided as this only creates another area prone to rust.

• Penetrates seams, crevices and crimped panels
• Retains protective qualities under impact testing
• Withstands salt spray test (Corrosion resistance)
• Does not affect painted surfaces
• Adheres to the surface it is intended to

Engine Bay Protection includes:

• Product sprayed in engine bay is a clear rust proofing product- no unsightly colour
• Dries hard so will not attract any sand or salt when driving on th ebeach
• Leaves a lacquer which will not discolour.
